Key Responsibilities

Community & Workplace Experience

  • Build lasting relationships with clients, employees, stakeholders, and service partners.
  • Create a positive and engaging workplace experience through community activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with the client and Facilities Management team to improve workplace services and employee experience.
  • Plan and coordinate workplace activities, meetings, and special events.
  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the workplace experience.

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Develop and implement client and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Engage regularly with employees, guests, and key stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Develop internal communications for events, workplace initiatives, service updates, and celebrations.
  • Manage communication channels such as newsletters, digital displays, and internal platforms.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and follow up on feedback and service improvements.

Event Management

  • Develop and manage a monthly calendar of events and engagement activities.
  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including catering, venue setup, entertainment, equipment, and vendors.
  • Deliver engaging and memorable events that meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve event quality and participation.

Enterprise Services

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of Enterprise Services and ensure agreed service standards and SLAs are met.
  • Coordinate vendors and oversee workplace support equipment, maintenance, and related services.
  • Manage pantry and refreshment services, including beverages, vending machines, water dispensers, and pantry supplies.
  • Coordinate office support services, including stationery, shuttle bus services, newspaper delivery, e-waste, and confidential waste collection.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and the overall workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in workplace experience, community management, event management, hospitality, facilities management, front-of-house, or a related field.
  • Familiar in event planning and coordination in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent customer service mindset with a passion for creating positive workplace experiences.
  • Good planning, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing vendors and service providers would be an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, confident, and solutions-oriented.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
